Happy New Year!
I have not been able to paint for too long a time. Life has been exciting and fruitful in other areas of my life. Initial effort and energy poured into fledgling projects has grown with joyful success but with this evermore attention to nurture and lead.
However my desire to collect inspiration and ideas never waned and I was able to use some much needed time out between Christmas and New year to produce this new work called 'Snow Crane'.
I continue to enjoy the challenge of monochrome media, (Sumie-e) with its simplistic yet structured, symbolic composition.
I hope to return to more regular output this year.
